Trang An ecotourism complex is among UNESCO’s World Heritage list cover 2000 ha and in comprised by 5 main visiting spots: the center, the service & travel area; the water caves, specially protected area, and especially Bai Dinh Pagoda - The biggest Pagoda of Vietnam where with many records in Vietnam and the South-East Asia region.
Depart from Hanoi at around 8:00 am and head 90km southern of Hanoi (2hours drive) to Ninh Binh Province to explore the Trang An Complex. Begin with Bai Dinh Pagoda with longest corridors of Arahat statues; bronze bell weighted 36 tons, Buddha Sykamuni heighted 10m and weighted 100 tons and so on. This masterpiece of both nature and men houses historical, cultural and architectural values.
Afterward, take a break and have lunch at restaurant with local dishes.
In the afternoon, we take boat ride along Trang An River to enjoy tranquil scenes of mountains, turquoise water and mysterious water caves with interesting names according to local stories behind. Boat time lasts around 2.5 hours. When embark the boat, we will drive back to Hanoi. End the trip at around 6:00 – 6:30pm with great memories.
